Pumpkin spice everything, cozy layers and outerwear, chunky knits… of all the things I have to look forward to in the fall, boots are probably the top of my list. I always get excited for boot season and love styling them, dressed up, dressed down, lace-up boots, tall boots, western boots – I love them all! Here are some of my favorite fall boot trends you need to try this season.

Lace up boots are back and better than ever. I got these boots in the black and brown last year but now I feel like I need this ‘Oasis’ color. The laces are so good! Also comes in a new grey and white color this season. I also got these boots and can’t wait to wear them this fall – the come in multiple colors – some of the prettiest neutral tones I’ve seen in boots this year! And the combat look is still one of my favorite fall boot trends. Keep it feeling current with a cool hardware detail – can’t wait to bring these back out this year!
WEAR THEM WITH: Pretty much anything! Oversized tees with biker shorts, long line blazers, or any shorter looks take on an edgy, cool vibe with lace-up boots, but there’s no wrong way to wear your lace-up boots.

Sock boots are still one of my favorite fall boot trends, especially when it comes to wearing with fall dresses and shorter hems. I got this one in white last year and love it in the black! It has the prettiest knit detail and love the unique heel. Great price point too! Also love this square toe, chunky heel boot. It feels like such a statement boot but it’s a great price point still – comes in multiple colors.
WEAR THEM WITH: Your favorite trousers, relaxed denim, or your 9-to-5 tailored business look. Also love these with pretty tailored shorts – dressed up or down – and they are an easy finish with your favorite fall dresses.

This is one of the fall boot trends I’m planning to pull the trigger on. Loving the cowboy boot look we have been seeing lately! So cute with dresses or denim. And so many cool textures that your fall wardrobe will thank you for!
WEAR THEM WITH: Your favorite jeans and tee or with an oversized sweatshirts over some mini biker shorts. Loving the cool girl vibe that western/cowboy boots lend to a look!

The knee boots are another one I’m excited to style this season. All the fall dresses, oversized blazers and layers, and no-pants looks were made for these knee boots! Obsessed with this pointed toe boot and this twist on the lug boot for something a little edgier.
WEAR THEM WITH: Long line tees, oversized blazers, mini dresses – this is my favorite way to complete a no-pants look! And an effortless way to transition into fall before the temperature drops.

WEAR THEM WITH: Everything you own. Chelsea boots are one of the most versatile boots – you can really get away with styling them with whatever!
And of course you can’t go wrong with chelsea boots. This one was one of my favorites from last year and it was almost always out of stock – so glad they brought it back this season! I’m still obsessed. Also got these boots to wear for the upcoming season – love the ribbed sock detail with the platform, chelsea boot look – makes it so versatile and easy to style with any look.
